This recipe is something the whole family will enjoy

Ingredients:
* Whole Chicken
* Squeeze Butter
* Salt
* Pepper
* Garlic Salt

Directions:
Take your defrosted chicken and place it up side down in an oven safe pan (I always cook mine in disposable aluminum foil pans for an easy clean up)
Squeeze butter on the bottom of the chicken then lightly sprinkle salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Flip the chicken right side up and squeeze A LOT of butter all over the top, sprinkle salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Place the tip of the squeeze butter bottle inside the open cavity of the chicken and squeeze a generous amount inside.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and place chicken inside.
Let the chicken cook for 45 min. Then remove the chicken and with a spoon or a turkey baster, apply juices from the bottom of the pan all over the chicken.
Continue to let chicken cook until the top skin is crispy to your liking.
Once the skin is crispy, turn off the oven and let the chicken sit inside another 15 min before serving.

ENJOY!!!!

*****NOTE: total cook time is between 1 hour to an 1 hour and 30 min. Cook time depends on altitude.*****
